There was this one client of mine who told me that his household was cluttered & he felt like he could not wash his home.
I told him that he first needs to start cleaning his household & then work on himself. I told him that a wash environment will give you motivation to start losing weight & eating healthier, however he also proceeded to tell me that he has not had his household vacuumed or dusted in at least a few years. I told him that he actually needed to wash it but he should also look at his HVAC system as well. I mentioned this since he has not cleaned his household in a while his HVAC air filter is actually caked with dust. He said that he did check it & his air filter was pretty dirty when he pulled out but he didn’t know how it should be changed & what size air filter to get. I wasn’t an HVAC business although I did know how to change an HVAC air filter. I told him that he could find the size of his HVAC air filter at the bottom of it… The dimensions will give you the width, length & the type of air filter that you should purchase. He seemed grateful that I provided him expensive information so he can continue residing in a healthy & wash environment.
