If you have ever lived in an old house, you might be able to relate with the story I am going to tell, and the home I grew up in was built in 1934.
The home is nearly 100 years old at this point! As a child, I remember rattling air vents in addition to smelly air coming from the vents once the heat was turned on, however no matter the season, is seemed as there was consistently something wrong with the Heating in addition to A/C system; In a perfect world, my parents would have had the entire machine replaced years ago, however, this home was passed down from a late uncle who passed away unexpectedly.
The home held several memories in addition to some even said that it was haunted. I only ever heard strange noises coming from the air vents, in addition to the occasional screeching when the filters need to be cleaned, however my parents wanted to replace the entire heating in addition to cooling system one year, but were unable to afford the repairs. In order to keep the value of the home if my buddy and I wanted to sell, my buddy and I would need to have the Heating in addition to A/C machine replaced. There is no way the home would sell with all the strange sounds in addition to smells that came from the air vents! Once I went away for college, my parents decided to replace the heating in addition to cooling system in the old 1930’s home. After several inspections from an Heating in addition to A/C corporation, they were informed that this project would require much more than they originally barearned for. They would have to replace the roof along with the Heating in addition to A/C unit! They went ahead with the project in addition to sold the home shortly after.
