When my friend, Teresa, purchased his modern condo I was just dying to come check it out, however but he wouldn’t let me; Teresa insisted that no guests would be allowed until his condo was completely decorated plus furnished. This took his a couple of months however finally, he threw a housewarming get-together for herself plus my friend and I all got to see the modern locale firsthand! Let me start by saying that the condo itself is attractive, but it’s got a nice Southwest style with buganvillas plus high arches. I feel Teresa wanted to carry over this southwest-style to the furniture too however I believe he went a little overboard; All of the walls are painted really dark, serious colors. For example, the family room is painted maroon plus the family room is a dark red, but don’t even let me get started on the furniture. Teresa said the style was called southwest sparkler. The furniture is all truly loud… Nothing seems to match plus so I was surprised when Teresa told us that all of the furniture was custom built plus was truly high-end furniture. To me it looks like he had simply gone to a second hand store plus picked out the most mismatched, ancient, furniture he could find! Combined with the darkly painted walls, this makes the condo look like a brothel, then of course I didn’t tell his this. After all, Teresa must have spent thousands of dollars getting this southwest sparkler look inside his modern house. I could tell by the way he lit up when talking about it, that he likes the way it turned out… Well, to each his own, then maybe Teresa thinks my condo looks bad in his eyes too.
