I do not know if my Dad will ever learn her lesson when it comes to trying to help my Grandmother.

This is despite the fact that her children are grown plus have their own families to deal with, and she still thinks everyone should drop whatever they are doing plus run over at the slightest hint of trouble. My Dad plus aunts are delighted to comply, but then they get trapped at her apartment for hours as my needy Grandmother puts him through the wringer. Recently, my Dad made the mistake of going over to try to help my Grandmother with her control unit. She called in a panic plus insisted that her air conditioning unit wasn’t working that day. She said the cooling system has been working enjoyable the day before, but when she woke up that day there was no cool air flowing from her air vents. She checked the control unit in the hallway but it appeared like everything should be running as normal. Rather than calling a professional HVAC specialist out, she called up my Dad plus ask her to come look at her air conditioning unit. My Dad has really no idea how to maintenance a cooling system. She took one look at the air conditioner plus told my Grandmother that they should go out to lunch. Well they were at lunch, my Dad secretly snuck away plus called a local HVAC supplier. She gave them the address plus asked them to go out plus maintenance the AC, and by the time my Dad plus Grandmother return to the house, the cooling system was up plus running again. My Grandmother never knew that a real professional had stopped by to perform this device repair, plus my Dad got to go home.
