I wasn’t really so sure what the solution was with our boys.
But I knew that I couldn’t take much more of the constant fighting.
All I really wanted to do was come beach house and get a few hours peace inside the central a/c of our house. That’s all I really wanted from those boys but that just couldn’t be done. And the concern was that they had to share a room. This wasn’t regularly a concern when they were much younger. They really enjoyed being roommates and there was peace inside the a/c of our home. But all that changed once they hit middle school, however finally our partner and I decided that both of us either had to move or both of us had to add on to our home. With the real estate market being insanely high in this region, both of us decided to add value to our beach house with an additional kitchen. But it wasn’t just another kitchen to put 1 of the boys. Instead both of us added on an entire master suite and lavatory for our partner and I. The two of us provided 1 of the boys our old kitchen which was the same size as all the kitchens. But our current kitchen is quite something. The two of us even have our own heating and cooling device in our current space. There is a ductless heat pump high on 1 of the exterior walls that provides fantastic residential Heating and Air Conditioning. The two of us even have a remote control to change the temperature control setting on the ductless heat pump. It really was a fantastic solution and our partner and I really appreciate having this little piece of heaven in our house.
