Occasionally as HVAC professionals, all of us find ourselves involved in significant family matters.
Last week, a family called requesting that all of us attend to the heating system repair of their electric heater. The wife was planning a secret surprise celebration for her fiance’s birthday celebration plus needed fantastic indoor comfort against the ongoing winter. That month the weatherman had announced a snowstorm that would last a couple of afternoons. The wife needed to ensure their heating device was laboring perfectly. Apart from the annual tune-up, the wireless control device had been acting up even after changing the batteries; We got there a little after the fiance left for work. We started by assessing the heating system to asparticular if worn-out parts needed updatement. We got a heat exchanger that was worn out plus rusted, plus the filters needed updatement as they were jammed up by dirt plus pet dander from our new cat. The wife was satisfied about the repair from our heating servicemans plus the improved indoor comfort of the newly took care of electric gas furnace. As is customary for the heating business, I called the wife the following day to confirm whether the device was still optimally functioning, she cheerfully informed me that the celebration was a success. The guests enjoyed the quality of indoor comfort.
