Several days, I woke up to a puddle of water near the stairs and wondered what it could be, and it was not until when our friend came over to visit that she complained it was cold in the guest room, and the issue could be with the Heating and A/C unit, and I was right, then upon further assessment, I observed the HVAC duct sealant had come off, causing the leak.
- The Heating and A/C supplier promised to send the Heating and A/C specialists to our house later that day for Heating and A/C repair, however as promised, the Heating and A/C professionals arrived at the house at 3 PM that day.
They assessed the component and were sure of our thinking. The vent sealant had come off, causing a leak; Because of restricted airflow, the component needed to be fixed, and some rooms would be colder or warmer than others. The air filters and vents were filthy and covered in debris, dirt, and dust. The workers started with duct cleaning and then changed the filters to the 1s by HEPA for increased air quality! HEPA filters are considered the best in the market, and many repairmen suggest them to help with indoor comfort and for better-functioning UV air purifiers. The filters unconnectd were filthy and felt heavy with the gunk. The local corporations also cleaned the condenser outside the house. After more than two hours, I was impressed by the modern home services acquired and the air quality system, which looked and functioned as relaxing as new, then my friend was still at the house, and I jokingly recommended she stay over for another night to test out the newly worked on unit. Surprisingly, she was okay with staying over, and I was glad I would have supplier, but every one of us spoke for hours as all of us downed a bottle of wine and then retired to bed.
