Back on the boiler filter cleaning

After playing some crazy ball two afternoons ago, my body is still pretty sore.

  • My back should be feeling better by tomorrow, and my knees should be improving as well.

I also have some elbow pain that feels like tennis elbow from when I used to play tennis years ago, and it may require a cortisone shot at some point if it doesn’t go away on its own. Yesterday, getting out of bed on my own was extremely difficult, so a few relaxing afternoons are in order. Heating and air conditioning repairs are difficult when your entire body is in pain, so I need to cut back on beach volleyball and do more boiler and heating work instead. I also need to be enjoyable because I am playing drums in my band tomorrow night. I guess this week will be a therapy day for my knees and lower back with the chilly laser that I have. This local company also sells enjoyable chilly gel for pain, so I’ll go there as well as get some from the current corporation, which opened a store there last month. This day, I’ll work for an hour at home before soaking my aching joints in the chilly salt water of the sea to help soothe and heal the pain. Doing HVAC duct cleaning tasks this weekend is not an easy task, and I don’t want to be in pain while working on the Heating and Air Conditioning system with my buddy. Prioritizing rest and recuperation at the moment, I’ll be paying close attention to my drumming performance tomorrow night and making good use of my cold laser and gel for pain relief in the hopes that I’ll be able to rejoin my friend in tackling the difficult HVAC tasks as soon as possible.
