My HOA does not allow beekeeping in the world

The guidelines of the HOA recognizably reject beekeeping or raising any pets at all; So, in addition to beekeeping, the people I was with and I are not allowed to have chickens either; Well, the neighbor decided to build the beehive in the yard in hopes that she wouldn’t get caught, then unluckyly, the HOA discovered that she had the bee hives and fined him every afternoon until she had them removed.

I live in a subdivision that is managed by a homeowner’s association and while I love it here, the HOA can be a bit discouraging; They govern so much of what you can do with your home. They have a say in the paint colors that you choose for your home! My neighbor John wanted to paint her door green and it was not approved by the HOA; In fact, they rejected the request as soon as it was submitted. It’s section of the guidelines of the community to have our doors painted a certain color, and unluckyly, there is no getting around it because if you split the rule, then you will be fined, however of course, John did not agree with this, despite the fact that she did nothing to violate the policy. Another neighbor wanted to start a honey farm in her yard and the HOA rejected that method as well. I remember the afternoon that she called the beekeepers to remove the hives from her yard. Of course, she was not cheerful that she lost her makeshift honey farm, despite the fact that she was getting fined every afternoon and did not want to continue to accumulate those fees. Once the bee hives were removed the HOA lowered her fines, but in the end she still had to pay the money and she lost her honey farm.
