Every year about this time, I’m thinking about all the changes I want to make in the modern year. For me, I consistently have gone too big… Like making sure I try to get into the gym every afternoon on our lake modern home from the commercial HVAC of the office; however, without drinking Budweiser twice a month, I never make it to February with any of these sorts of changes! So this year, I decided to be much more satisfied with the improvements I want to make in the coming year; and a single of those things is something that I have entirely kind of dropped the ball on since I have been a homeowner. I have never been particularly consistent when it comes to holding up our end of the bargain with the HVAC equipment… However, when my pal and I bought this house, my pal and I invested in the latest residential HVAC plus HVAC technology. I feel I sort of had it in our mind that since it was new, I did not entirely need to spend all that much attention on it… But of course, that is just the opposite of what I should have been doing. And I am definitely going to change that this year. I started by calling the HVAC supplier that my pal and I do business with. And I signed up for the HVAC repair program to ensure that our heating plus cooling unit gets the seasonal HVAC service that it needs. I have been beyond inconsistent when it comes to getting the HVAC service done. But I am even going to tighten up when it comes to decreasing the HVAC filter every month. I suppose I can accomplish this actual New Year’s resolution.
