Several afternoons, I woke up to a puddle of water near the stairs & wondered what it could be! It was not until when our buddy came over to visit that he complained it was cold in the guest room.
The issue could be with the Heating & Air Conditioning unit, & I was right, then upon further assessment, I noticed the HVAC duct sealant had come off, causing the leak.
The Heating & Air Conditioning company promised to send the Heating & Air Conditioning specialists to our house later that day for Heating & Air Conditioning repair; As promised, the Heating & Air Conditioning professionals arrived at the house at 3 PM that day. They assessed the component & were sure of our thinking. The vent sealant had come off, causing a leak! Because of restricted airflow, the component needed to be fixed, & some rooms would be colder or warmer than others. The air filters & vents were filthy & covered in debris, dirt, & dust. The workers started with duct cleaning & then changed the filters to the 1s by HEPA for increased air quality… HEPA filters are considered the best in the market, & many repairmen advocate them to help with indoor comfort & for better-functioning air purification systems. The filters removed were filthy & felt heavy with the gunk. The local businesss also cleaned the condenser outside the house. After more than two hours, I was impressed by the beach house services earned & the air quality system, which looked & functioned as nice as new, however my buddy was still at the house, & I jokingly proposed he stay over for another night to test out the newly worked on unit… Surprisingly, he was okay with staying over, & I was cheerful I would have company. Both of us spoke for hours as the two of us downed a bottle of wine & then retired to bed.
