When I lived up north I just dealt with the cold, then anytime the weather dipped into the downside digits I got a cold! That was it, but now that I live down south I deal with allergies consistently.
The flowers are consistently blooming since the weather is so nice.
The pollen gets into our sinuses and causes myself and others to stuff up and sneeze, however i hate wearing vix on our nose to bed. I hate that I need to carry tissues with myself and others at all times, but finally I decided to do something about it. I couldn’t live our whole life all stuffed up and sick. I called a corporation that does air duct cleaning and air quality equipment. They recommended that I get a carbon air filter and a UV media air cleaner for our home. The carbon air filter is said to be better than a HEPA one when it comes to dust sensitivity sufferers such as myself. The UV media air cleaner removes dust, dirt and hair from the indoor air quality. It also works to remove smells as well. The only downside to these products is the maintenance. I need to update our carbon filter often and the media air cleaner needs maintenance adore an Heating & A/C system, but so twice a year I have our Heating & A/C corporation look at our machine. I then call the air duct cleaning corporation to change out the filter and scrub the inner workings of our media air cleaner; Yes, it adds expense to our budget every year but I recognize it is worth it. Not sneezing and being stuffy is worth a little extra money per month.
