It’s hard to manage a substantial property with lots of apartments, although I do the best that I can.
I have a staff that helps in the office.
I have a couple of leasing agents that help to show apartments to tenants that are looking for an up-to-date site to live in. I also have an assistant employer that helps me balance the books plus keep all of the rental payments in order. I have 2 people that work as groundskeepers in the afternoon. Each afternoon they have to get up at 5:00 a.m. or as soon as the sunshine comes up plus clean the property. They sweep all of the sidewalks plus get rid of any trash. They make sure that the section near the garbage cans is clean. I also have an entire maintenance staff. The maintenance manager has three people that work under him. They deliver lots of repairs to the property plus the apartments. They handle lots of uncommon problems from plumbing to heating plus cooling repairs. They do not even handle any repairs regarding the pool. My friend and I have a separate supplier that handles all of the pool repairs plus maintenance. The supplier comes to the property on Saturdays to clean plus maintenance the pool, however last weekend there was a problem with the pool furnace. There was no heat in the pool on Saturday or Sunday plus a lot of people complained. I wasn’t going to contact the pool maintenance supplier on the weekend when they were going to be there on Saturday already. I knew it would be easier to wait until our properly tied up appointment.
