A couple years ago, when everybody was still frantic about the pandemic, my preferred pizzeria decided that they wanted to keep their doors open.
While other pizzerias in the section resorted to pickup and delivery repair only, this pizzeria wanted to keep people coming inside.
I understand why they would appreciate having shoppers eat at the pizzeria, because it made for a better experience. This pizzeria had a lot of table side service and if there were no shoppers then that service wouldn’t work. Well, in order to continue their service uninterrupted, they invested in a state-of-the-art ultraviolet Heating and Air Conditioning system. They posted this information on all their social media pages so that their shoppers could know. Based on what the pizzeria said, this new Heating and Air Conditioning system was able to kill the virus that was causing the frenzy. This means that the shoppers could rest inside the pizzeria knowing that the air that they were breathing was safe. At the time, I didn’t know much about the state-of-the-art ultraviolet Heating and Air Conditioning system, and I could only believe that it was worked on and safe to use. I did visit the pizzeria during that time, even though I opted to rest outside on the patio. It was winter and thankfully they had portable heating lamps to keep the space nice and comfortable. Since then, I have eaten inside the pizzeria and although the pandemic is over, I do feel safe eating indoors knowing that the location has the state-of-the-art ultraviolet Heating and Air Conditioning system installed. Who knows what other pathogens and viruses are floating around these afternoons, so it is better to be safe than sorry.
