Life is so unpredictable and at times, it can absolutely throw curve balls at you, and it is how my good friend and I maneuver through those obstacles that will determine our true strengths and abilities. For instance, 2 years ago, due to the pandemic, my partner was laid off from her dealer, and she had been working there for 10 years and was not expecting that hiccup at all. I must admit that at first, my good friend and I panicked because her salary was our primary source of income. And unblessedly, I didn’t make enough money to cover all our expenses. After the initial shock, my good friend and I had to come up with a plan of action. She considered going into real estate but realized she had no passion for it at all; So, she did something that I was not expecting, she decided to take a chance on himself and do what she enjoyed the most and that is interior design. He’s easily good at it, in fact, whenever our friends need interior design ideas for their homes, they usually contact my partner for help, and this has been a passion of her for some time now and she enjoys seeing all those DIY shows. They are great for interior design ideas, and she is consistently pulling some kind of inspiration from those shows for her next condo improvement project, my good friend and I didn’t know what the outcome of her career change would be, but happy to say that she started her own interior design supplier and it’s doing extremely well.
