When I became an HVAC technician, he thought he should go to school and become an HVAC technician. Unfortunately, he didn’t want to go back to school, so he never became an HVAC technician. He expounded on his expertise of being a website developer. When I mentioned I needed a working HVAC website for my HVAC company, he looked at me oddly. He asked why I needed a website when all I was was an HVAC technician. I told him I had recently been offered the ownership of the HVAC company I had worked for the last fifteen years, and I accepted. I wanted to get a new website and advertise so people would know I was the new owner. He told me I would be silly to create the HVAC website on my own, and he offered to build a website for me. I didn’t think this was wise. I knew he was a web developer, but he knew nothing about HVAC. I wanted someone who understood what I did and could create a website that would build my business and not just look good. He was so upset that I said this, that he walked out of my house. I didn’t expect him to be so childish as to call our mom. He told her I wouldn’t let him create my HVAC website, and he thought I was being petty. She told him I was right, and I needed a web development company that specialized in HVAC companies.
